During this lock-in period, the principal amount is non-refundable. This is because the funds are actively allocated to our investment strategies to generate returns.

Upon the successful completion of your plan's duration, your principal amount will be credited back to your platform wallet. You may then choose to withdraw it or reinvest it in a new plan.

3. Daily Earnings and Withdrawals

Daily earnings (returns) generated from your investment are credited to your platform wallet every 24 hours. These earnings are separate from your locked principal amount.

You can withdraw your accumulated earnings at any time, provided they meet the minimum withdrawal threshold specified in the app. Withdrawals are typically processed instantly but may take up to 24 hours depending on banking systems.

4. Referral Bonuses

Bonuses earned through the referral program are treated as earnings. They are credited to your wallet and can be withdrawn according to the same rules as daily earnings.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of a technical error where a payment is debited but not credited to your Royal Coin wallet, we will conduct a full investigation. If the error is on our end, a full refund of that specific transaction will be processed to the original payment source within 7-10 business days.

6. No Guarantee of Returns

This refund policy does not imply a guarantee of returns. All investments are subject to market risks, and while our platform is designed to generate profits, losses are possible. No refunds will be issued for investment losses incurred as part of normal market fluctuations.
